1. Service and acceptance

Lucky Astro provides astrological calculations, charts, calendars, compatibility features, optional paid reports, and related tools. Calculations use standard astronomical ephemerides (for example Swiss Ephemeris) where applicable. Interpretive text is written for reflection and interest; it is not a substitute for professional advice (see Section 7).

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we publish updates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Registration and accounts

Creating an account is voluntary. You must provide a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to supply accurate birth data when you choose to save charts. Inaccurate data produces inaccurate outputs; you accept that risk.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live (typically at least 16 or 18, depending on jurisdiction). If you are younger, do not register; use guest tools only with a parent or guardian's involvement as appropriate.

You may request account deletion or data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.

3. Personal data, security, and processing

We collect and process personal data only as needed to run Lucky Astro (accounts, saved profiles, charts, payments, support, and security). Details of categories of data, retention, legal bases where applicable, and your rights (including for users in the EEA/UK under GDPR) are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Guest use: when you run calculators without saving an account, inputs may still be sent to our servers for that request. We do not use guest birth entries to build a marketing profile. Retention for server logs and abuse prevention is described in the Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) between your browser and our hosts. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk within reasonable bounds.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for session login, preferences (such as theme), and aggregated analytics where enabled. Third-party providers (for example analytics or payment processors) may set their own cookies subject to their policies.

5. Acceptable use of the service

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload the service.
• Scrape or resell our content or APIs without written permission.
• Use the service to break the law or infringe third-party rights.

We may remove content, block access, or terminate accounts for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these rules or endangers users.

6. Payments (Stripe)

Paid reports and features are billed through Stripe (or test-mode equivalents in development). Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location and are handled as shown at checkout.

Chargebacks and billing disputes should first be directed to us at the contact email below. Stripe's terms also apply to payment processing.

Digital goods are delivered after successful payment (typically by unlocking report URLs in your account). Refund policy: contact us; we handle reasonable requests case by case and may refuse refunds where content was already generated and delivered.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Astrology outputs are for entertainment, self-reflection, and education. They are not financial, medical, mental-health, or legal advice. Gambling or timing scores are informational only and not a promise of outcomes.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Astro and its operators disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on chart or report content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or twenty-five U.S. dollars.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms.
